Timothy C. Noel
Vice President
Director of Asset Management

Tim has over 20 years of experience in managing and leasing commercial real estate projects. He has previously held positions with JMB Properties Co., The Shorenstein Company and Heitman Properties Ltd.

Most recently, he was Director of Management Services for BHS Whitney Cressman. Tim has extensive experience in construction and project management, as well as all phases of property operations. He is a graduate of the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance.

Thomas H. Bomar
General Counsel

Tom received a B.S. in economics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Following positions at IBM and the U.S. Army, he attended law and graduate business school at Golden Gate University, receiving joint degrees of J.D. with Honors and M.B.A. in tax. He was selected as an Honors Program Trial Attorney by the United States Department of Justice and practiced law at the Department of Justice after graduation.

Tom began the private practice of tax and corporate law with a prominent San Francisco tax law firm. He then formed the Law Offices of Thomas H. Bomar, focusing on real estate, tax and estate planning services. Tom became affiliated with Terranomics in 1984 and with Rawson, Blum & Company in 1988.

Andrew Pomerantz
Associate

Andrew has over eight years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Rawson, Blum & Leon as an Associate, Andrew worked for 3 years as an Commercial Analyst and Portfolio Analyst at Sentinel Real Estate Corporation in New York City. Prior to that, Andrew worked as an Investment Analyst in the Bay Area commercial real estate market with Marcus & Millichap. Throughout his career, Andrew has gained expertise in finance, acquisitions/dispositions, asset management, valuation and marketing of commercial real estate. Andrew graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and is a member of the San Francisco chapter of the Urban Land Institute.
